Haithem: one of you, before he was one of us

Corporate job, long weeks, little time for financial topics: Haithem's starting point was the same as most people who'll be in the room that evening. In 2021 he started actively exploring real estate as a capital investment, out of curiosity first. In 2023 he became an investor himself. Since 2024, he's been actively advising his network on buying the right properties, together with Imen and Constanze, who you'll get to meet at the evening too. Together, they built the first community of Tunisian investors. Today, he shares exactly the knowledge he wishes someone had given him back then: honest, no jargon, no sales pressure, all of it in Tunisian Arabic.
